1. Inari Sushi with Egg Mayo
Ingredient:
- 2.5 cups of Japanese rice
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 20 sheets of inari sushi skin (tofu pocket)
- Egg Mayo
- Beef Teriyaki
- Tempura/Fried Shrimp
- Spam, cut into fried squares.
- Chuka Wakame (pickled seaweed)
- Tobiko (fish eggs)
- Gari (pickled ginger)
- Wasabi
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 50 mL of whole milk
- Salt, pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
How to cook:
- Cook the rice as usual. When cooked, mix with vinegar, sugar, and a little salt. Mix well.
- Make balls of rice, put them in the inari skin/tofu pocket.

Ingredient

- 4 shitake mushrooms, briefly boiled and thinly sliced
- 50 g green cucumber, seeds removed, cut into matchsticks.
- 100 g of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces.
- 4 bags of fried tofu skin (thin aburage)
- 8 pieces of chives, dipped in hot water until wilted.
- 1 tablespoon roasted black sesame seeds or fish roe
How to cook:
- Place the rice in the rice cooker, cover with water, and cook until the water boils.Stir occasionally until the water is absorbed by the rice (5 minutes). Close the rice cooker. Continue cooking until the rice is cooked. Leave the rice cooker closed until the rice is completely cooked.
