1. Inari Sushi with Egg Mayo


  • 2.5 cups of Japanese rice
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20 sheets of inari sushi skin (tofu pocket)
  • Egg Mayo
  • Beef Teriyaki
  • Tempura/Fried Shrimp
  • Spam, cut into fried squares.
  • Chuka Wakame (pickled seaweed)
  • Tobiko (fish eggs)
  • Gari (pickled ginger)
  • Wasabi
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 50 mL of whole milk

How to cook:

  • Cook the rice as usual. When cooked, mix with vinegar, sugar, and a little salt. Mix well.

2. Inari Sushi Simple


  • 200 g short grain Japanese rice (fluffy white rice) thoroughly washed
  • 350 ml of water.
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • tsp salt
  • 4 shitake mushrooms, briefly boiled and thinly sliced
  • 50 g green cucumber, seeds removed, cut into matchsticks.
  • 100 g of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces.
  • 4 bags of fried tofu skin (thin aburage)
  • 8 pieces of chives, dipped in hot water until wilted.
  • 1 tablespoon roasted black sesame seeds or fish roe

How to cook:

  1. Place the rice in the rice cooker, cover with water, and cook until the water boils.Stir occasionally until the water is absorbed by the rice (5 minutes). Close the rice cooker. Continue cooking until the rice is cooked. Leave the rice cooker closed until the rice is completely cooked.
