1. Sushi Maki Roll
Ingredients:
- Prepare 1 Nori sheet(I divide by 2).
- You need 75 grams of fluffy, warm rice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sushi seasoning (see recipe)
- Prepare 2 crab sticks.
- Use enough Japanese cucumber (I use local cucumbers).
- Make 1 omelette with 1 egg.
- Use Moderate Furikake (see recipe)
- Use enough mayonnaise.
- Take enough tomato sauce.

How to cook:
- Prepare a bamboo mat, cover it with plastic.
- Soak crab sticks in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and lift.
- Cut the nori into 2 parts.
- Take white rice.
- Add mirin/sushi seasoning. Mix well.
- Place the rice on top of the nori until smooth. Add furikake, cucumber, and crab sticks in a row. It’s best if you use 1/2 sheet of Nori. Just add crab sticks. (Furikake can be used or not mixed with rice)
- Roll while pressing a little so that it is solid.
- Remove the bamboo mat, transfer it to the cutting board. Cut into parts with even multiples.
