How to cook Teriyaki Mahi Mahi Delicious:
- Cook and Cool Rice. Bring a small pot of rice and 11/4 cup water to a boil.

- For the coconut rice: Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and salt and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes.
